  5. 2024-2025 Before and After School Child Care Fees
  6. 2024-2025 Parent/Student Handbook Agreement Last Page
  7. Photo Release Form
  8. 2024-2025 Tuition and Service Hours Agreement Form (this form is in addition to any other materials and agreements you may have submitted for the financial aid application)​
  9. ​ADLA Medication Authorization and Permission Form (if applicable)

Returning Parents

 Registration Payment Information

  • NEW FAMILIES once accepted, you must submit the registration fee through the online TADS application in which you applied to the school.

  • For returning families you must submit the registration fee to the school office via FACTS.
