Love. Learn. Lead. Words, yes, and so much more. When and where have you felt loved, welcomed, accepted? How have you helped others feel the same? What was your most exciting journey of learning, and how did it make you grow? When have you seen a leader with a servant’s heart transform a team’s heartbeat?

This happens at All Souls. This is who we are. We follow in the footsteps of the Living Word who speaks creation into existence, and we listen for His still, small voice that carries us on. At All Souls, we know that words are pathways to new realities. We are more than just a school with a Dual Language Immersion program; we are a community grounded in the identity of language as a call and response between people, ideas, and cultures.

It is our honor and privilege to walk with you as partners on this journey. We are excited to work with you to nurture and guide your children as they reach out toward knowledge, and ready themselves to live fulfilling lives.

Dr. Patrick Allison

Dr. Allison has served in Catholic schools for over seven years and has held multiple leadership roles at the high school level including:

• English and Humanities Department Chair
• Head Track Coach
• Director of Marketing and Admissions
• AP Capstone Coordinator

He completed his undergraduate work in Philosophy at Saint Mary's College of California before completing a Single Subject Credential in English and an M.Ed. in Teacher Leadership from California Lutheran University. This year, he completed his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership for Social Justice at Loyola Marymount University. His research explored the support networks for students with disabilities within the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Dr. Allison also served as an officer in the California Army National Guard, where he led both small and large teams on missions ranging from homefront wildfire fighting to overseas deployments. He is blessed with a loving wife, who is also an educator, and two young sons that make his world. Dr. Allison is thrilled to be able to live out his vocation with the All Souls family!
